RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Kindly read our refund policy carefully before purchasing/ordering our items or using our services. Realhomedecor.com tends to ensure that our customers are happy with the items they have paid for and that is why we always try our best to ensure you get the best items as you have ordered. Before ordering, we request that you carefully review the measurements, description and color of each product to make sure that this is exactly the product that you want to purchase. Also, please keep in mind that most products delivered will need assembly.

We accept returns and request for replacement or full refund under certain circumstances in accordance with the terms and condition of this policy.

Items subject of return and refund must be written to us within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt and returned and received within 30 days of purchase. Before returning the item, you must first contact us and explain your reasons for return and refund. To expedite the return and refund process, we may require you to include photographs of the damaged, defective or wrong item. Please note all items subject of refund or replacement, must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse return and refund if the item or its original packaging is damaged or significantly decreased in value a result of customer’s use or improper handling.

Right of return:

We strive to ensure that items shipped by us are brand new, of highest quality,in excellent condition and meet the descriptions and specifications provided at the time of purchase. In the event that we ship a wrong, used, defective, or damaged item, you may have the right to return the item and obtain a refund subject to the conditions of this Policy. In any case, items subject of return and refund must be returned to us within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt. Before returning the item, you must first contact us and explain your reasons for return and refund. To expedite the return and refund process, we may require you to include

Damaged or defective items:

If upon delivery you discover that the item is defective or damaged in transit, you have the right to reject delivery if the item is delivered to you by courier or parcel delivery service. You can take pictures of the damaged item and send them to us, including your reasons for return and refund, via email for our review and assistance in resolving matter. If you discover that item is defective or damaged after you have received it, please contact us with pictures of the damaged or defective item and we will send you a return label to ship the damaged item back. Defective or
damaged item must be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery. When we receive the defective or damaged item, after our independent inspection, we will either refund your full order
amount or send a new identical or a replacement item depending on the extent of damage and your wishes. If the reasons for return are quality issues other than apparent damage or defect, we may offer partial or full refund or replacement depending on the condition of the item.

Wrong Items:

If we deliver a wrong item, you can choose to either keep the wrong item at a discounted price to be offered by our customer service or return it to us. Meanwhile, you can request us to send you the correct item you have ordered. In this situation, you only have to pay for the damaged item at the discounted price. If you decide to return the wrong item, please contact us through email to obtain a return label to ship back the wrong item for a full refund or replacement of the correct item. After submitting your return to a logistics or parcel delivery service, contact us via email
with the return tracking number to claim your replacement item or full refund of your order.

Lost items

If you don’t receive your item by or after the expected delivery date, it is possible that it is lost in transit or delivered to a wrong address nearby. We recommend that you check with the neighbors in case the item was delivered to a wrong address. You should also contact the shipping company with your tracking number for their assistance. If the item doesn’t arrive nonetheless, call our customer service and we will lodge a lost item claim with the shipping company on your behalf. Note that it may take some time to process lost item claims with third
parties.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Note however that because we strive to ship customer orders as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel
orders placed via the site before they are shipped. We advise you to carefully review your order before placing it to avoid the need for cancellation. To cancel an order that has already been
shipped, please refuse delivery and we will refund you the order amount less any applicable return shipping charges shortly after the return is received back. Note that even where we provide
free shipping, customers will be responsible for eventual shipping costs incurred on orders that are cancelled after they are shipped out.

Return shipping:

If the return is a result of reasons other than defect, damage or fault on our part, a return shipping fee of 20% restocking may be charged and deducted from your refund amount. If the return is due to the item being defective, damaged or incorrect as described in this Policy, we will arrange for prepaid shipping at our expense and provide full refund or replacement after the item is received back. If you decide to return the item, please contact our customer service to obtain return a prepaid label and/or information on return shipping charges that may apply. You can ship the item back using any reputable shipping or courier service of your choice. Note that it is your responsibility to take care of the item while in your possession and to ensure that it reaches us.

Warranty:

Where a warranty applies such warranty is voided if the product’s serial tags, labels, stickers or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty will also be voided
by any improper use, mishandling or defacement of the product.
Contact us: Notify us within fifteen (15) days of delivery of your wish to return the item and to obtain a return label. Items returned beyond the stated return period or without the required
return label will not be accepted and no refund or replacement will be issued.
